I have been having trouble with iPage for the last several days due to a change of ownership. While not all issues have been resolved, the largest issue was resolved by Riogen. She stayed with me on the phone until we fixed what needed immediate fixing. She saved the day!

I have been with iPage for 8 years now. I am not a very sophisticated website person. They offer several levels of needs, from basic like me to more stuff for the professional folks. I have only had a few miscellaneous issues in all that time. They have 24/7 online chat support. It has never taken more than 1 interaction to get things taken care of. I find their pricing to be very competitive. I like the dashboard and layout of the tools. All in all, very happy with my experience and I plan to stay with them!

She made sure my concerns were addressed before getting off the phone, and explained in detail for me to thoroughly understand. Had an issue with our website so contacted support team to assist with getting it corrected. The technician Manohar was very polite and helpful and resolved the issue I was experiencing very professionally. Appreciate the speedy response.

In the last week, I have contacted many times with customer service but nobody could solve my problem. Eventually today James P. solve the problem just in 5 minutes. He was very professional.
